The Sentirin plant in Thailand has an annual production capacity of 12 million high-performance semi-steel radial tires. This is the production line with the highest degree of automation, informatization and intelligence in the tire industry in the world. The entire production line employs only more than 470 people. Relying on the industry-leading advantages of MAXAGV warehouse management system, Jingyuan Electromechanical undertook the AGV transportation project of Senturin Tire Thailand factory - the automatic logistics planning and construction of this most advanced modern factory in the tire industry, providing automatic logistics between rubber mixing, parts and molding processes , and automatic handling, storage and management of molds in vulcanization workshops. Sentury's ingenious plant layout and equipment placement plan ensure the economical use of land, green production and maximization of production capacity.

Project innovation
The project adopts the MAX scheduling management system to realize JIT (Just In Time) operation, and realizes digital production scheduling combined with MES; AGV intelligent operation realizes strict first-in-first-out management, and the quality can be traced; the MAX scheduling management system has a built-in WCS system and a digital warehouse Management, 7×24 operation, zero safety accident, zero error rate, zero loss; using the existing space planning, AGV in the logistics forklift operation area can be used.

Technology or product features used in the project
The technology used in this project basically includes the following points:
1. The feeding end of the internal mixer adopts a chain conveying line to realize the automatic buffering and conveying of the film, and the empty tray is automatically output; the chain conveying line at the feeding end of the calendering press realizes the automatic caching and conveying of the film, and the empty tray is automatically output;
2. The empty pallets are automatically stacked by the AGV to a certain number and then sent to the warehouse area for storage;
3. The storage area adopts the plane storage method, which greatly reduces the storage cost;
4. The AGV system has its own WCS system, which strictly realizes the first-in, first-out management of film;
5. The blanking end of the mixer uses AGV to automatically empty the tray;
6. The AGV automatically sends the full trolley to the storage area, and sends the empty trolley from the storage area to the machine preparation position.
In the tire industry, Jingyuan Machinery not only created the first domestic case of successful application of semi-steel tires from banburying to forming logistics AGV in cooperation with Sentury, but also provided Wanli Group with the first domestic all-steel tire factory AGV intelligent logistics The system provides AGV intelligent logistics system for Huayi Tire Thailand factory. It can be said that there are application cases in semi-steel and all-steel factories in the tire industry, both at home and abroad.
